ALL AGGIES, ALL IN

What is the ALL AGGIES, ALL IN Campaign?

The “ALL AGGIES, ALL IN” campaign marks a historic milestone as North Carolina A&T State University’s first-ever, university-wide fundraising initiative dedicated to athletics. Led by campaign chair Willie A. Deese and managed by the Aggie Athletic Foundation, the effort seeks to generate vital support for student-athlete scholarships, enhanced academic resources, and much-needed facility upgrades. With an ambitious fundraising goal of $15 million the campaign underscores the university’s commitment to empowering Aggie athletes both on the field and in the classroom.

“Funds raised will go exclusively to student athlete scholarships, freeing up critical funding to support NIL needs in the new financial landscape of college sports. Make your gift to ALL AGGIES, ALL IN: GET IN WHERE YOU FIT IN today!”

– Earl M. Hilton, Athletics Director, North Carolina A&T State University

The Purpose

The purpose of the ALL AGGIES, ALL IN” campaign is to strengthen all 18 men’s and women’s athletic programs at North Carolina A&T State University. By rallying alumni and supporters, the campaign is designed not only to provide immediate resources for scholarships, academic support, and facilities, but also to build a lasting culture of philanthropy that sustains Aggie athletics for generations to come.

Through this effort, the university aims to ensure that every team regardless of sport or gender has the foundation it needs to excel and that the spirit of giving becomes a core part of the Aggie experience.

Focus Areas

The ALL AGGIES, ALL IN Campaign is committed to supporting scholarships, academic resources, nutrition, and training facilities at North Carolina A&T. By focusing on these key areas, the campaign ensures students have the financial support, tools, healthy meals, and athletic spaces they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom. Every contribution directly impacts these priorities, helping Aggies reach their full potential.

Scholarship

Donations to the All Aggies All In Campaign help make North Carolina A&T more accessible by funding scholarships. This support opens doors for students who might not otherwise afford college, letting them focus on their education and future.

Nutrition

Supporting nutrition through donations means student athletes have access to healthy meals. Good nutrition boosts energy, focus, and recovery, helping every Aggie perform at their best.

Training Facilities / Equipment

Contributions for training facilities and equipment give Aggie athletes the spaces and tools they need to train safely and compete at a high level. Every donation strengthens our teams and school spirit.

Academic Resources

Gifts toward academic resources ensure Aggies have the latest tools, technology, and materials. These resources power student success in the classroom and prepare them for real-world challenges.

Our Goals

ALL AGGIES, ALL IN has set an annual fundraising target of $1 million, with an ambitious stretch goal of $1.86 million and a super stretch goal of $3 million. For comparison, the average alumni support among CAA member institutions is $2.9 million.

The pace at which we reach these milestones will be determined by the collective commitment of our Aggie community.  Their strong support has positioned us well as we transition to the public phase of ALL AGGIES, ALL IN, and we look forward to what we can accomplish together.

CAMPAIGN UPDATES

To keep everyone informed on the ALL AGGIES, ALL IN Campaign, we’re introducing a monthly scorecard that tracks our progress over the next five years. This scorecard shows how we’re doing in raising funds for scholarships, expanding our donor base, and engaging younger Aggies and supporters of A&T Athletics. It outlines the number of donors, donors under 45, and total dollars received and pledged, along with our goals for each.  As the saying goes, “If you’re not keeping score, you’re just practicing.” We’re keeping score and we’re here to win.
