The DC Aggie Golf Classic was first held on June 23, 2008, as a fundraising initiative supporting the DC Aggie Athletic Foundation, the official booster organization for North Carolina A&T State University athletics.
The Foundation’s primary mission is to generate financial support for Aggie Athletics. Proceeds from the tournament directly benefit Aggie student-athletes, providing resources for academic counseling, proactive progress monitoring, study skills development, workshops, tutoring, career counseling, and scholarships.
Now in its eighteenth year, the DC Aggie Golf Classic has seen significant growth. This year’s event will follow a four-person scramble format and offer a range of opportunities for golfers of all skill levels. Awards will be presented to the members of the winning team, with additional prizes for achievements such as longest drive and closest to the pin, as well as a variety of door prizes.
Registration is $180 per individual or $720 per team of four. The registration fee covers a full round of golf and a catered lunch.
We invite you to participate in this year’s Classic, which will be held at Oak Creek Golf Club in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Join us for a day of golf in support of Aggie Athletics.
