The Aggie Athletic Foundation is a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting student-athletes at North Carolina A&amp;T State University.<\/p>

Contributions to the Foundation may be tax-deductible as permitted by law. The IRS requires donors to subtract the fair market value of any benefits received from their charitable deduction. Such benefits may include:<\/p>

Hospitality privileges
Merchandise or other goods and services<\/p>

The Foundation provides written acknowledgment for all contributions. When benefits are associated with a gift, the acknowledgment will identify the fair market value of those benefits so donors can determine the deductible portion of their contribution. Because individual tax situations vary, donors are encouraged to consult their personal
